At Elliena Eq., we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 3 days from the purchase date to return it. All merchandise must be unworn, contain hang tags, and undamaged to receive a full refund. For size exchanges please email us with specified size exchange requested at email@example.com.
All hair bows must be unopened. Opening the package voids the return option.You must obtain a return authorization number (RMA #) prior to returning your items. Otherwise, your return shipment will be rejected.

What products are eligible for return?
At Elliena EQ we strive to make our customers happy! Products that are eligible for returns are incorrect size, damage during shipping, incorrect style request, or any unforeseen issue we can rectify. Make sure to call us within 3 days of receipt of item. Call our team at 1-610-900-4120. You must obtain a return authorization number (RMA #) prior to returning your items. Otherwise, your return shipment will be rejected. Items in their original packaging, in unworn, unwashed condition with tags attached are eligible for return. Final sale items, custom order, or embroidered items are not eligible for return.
